The introduction of 2014 T6 aluminum block
2014 T6 aluminum block belongs to both hard aluminum alloy and wrought aluminum alloy in terms of composition. Compared with 2A50, due to the higher copper content, it has higher strength and better thermal strength, but its plasticity in hot state is not as good as 2A50., 2014 T6 aluminum block has good machinability, good contact welding, spot welding and seam welding performance, and poor arc welding and gas welding performance; it can be strengthened by heat treatment and has an extrusion effect.
Used in occasions requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature). Aircraft heavy-duty, forgings, thick plates and extruded materials, wheels and structural elements, multi-stage rocket stage fuel tanks and spacecraft parts, truck frames and suspension system parts
