Introduction of 7A09 aluminum block
7A09 aluminum block is a high-strength alloy. The plasticity in the annealed and freshly quenched states is slightly lower than 2Y12 in the same state, and slightly better than 7A04. The plasticity of 7A09 aluminum alloy after quenching and artificial aging is significantly reduced. The static fatigue, notch sensitivity, and stress corrosion properties of 7A09 aluminum alloy sheet are slightly better than 7A04, and the bar is equivalent to 7A04.
